EXPULSIONS | GOUVERNEMENT | PRESSE | REPRESSION - mercredi 14 octobre 2009
Saisi par la ville de Strasbourg, le tribunal administratif a ordonné l'expulsion d'une dizaine de sans domicile fixe hébergés depuis quelques mois rue des Foulons, dans le quartier de la Montagne Verte, au sein d'une structure d'accueil gérée par les Enfants de Sancho Panza, association soeur des Enfants de Don Quichotte-Strasbourg. La convention qui permettait le fonctionnement de cette structure d'urgence, installée dans des locaux modulaires sur un terrain municipal, avait en effet expiré fin août. Les Enfants de Sancha Panza réclamaient sa pérennisation, à l'approche de l'hiver et pour poursuivre le suivi des personnes qui y sont encore hébergées. Dans un premier temps, la ville avait saisi le tribunal de grande instance pour obtenir l'expulsion (voir l'article du 22 septembre). Elle avait été déboutée, le tribunal se déclarant incompétent et renvoyant le dossier devant la justice administrative.
